NOTE: Because of the RACE exhibit at the library this summer, Meeting Room A and the Auditorium will be unavailable for booking until after September 30th. Meeting Room B will be unavailable for booking until after October 31st.
The Rochester Public Library's auditorium and two meeting rooms
are available for use by community organizations if the program
to be presented is of an educational/cultural nat
ure.
- The Auditorium (main floor) may be used by groups of up to 170
- Meeting Room A (main floor) can accommodate up to 15 people
- Meeting Room B (second floor) is appropriate for groups up to 30
The actual number
of people that Meeting Room A and Meeting Room B can accommodate
may vary with different table and chair arrangements.


The rooms are scheduled through the Administration office at
507.328.2310.

Room Policy and Fees
Study Rooms
Three study rooms are available on the second floor on a first
come, first-served basis. These rooms are available for studying,
typing or tutoring with a maximum of two people per room. Obtain
a key at the Information Services Desk. During busy times,
study room use is limited to two hours.
Library Partnerships
The library frequently partners with community organizations to present programming consistent with the library's mission and core values. Please view the partnership proposal (doc format pdf format). If you'd like to submit a proposal for review by staff, please use a blank agreement form (doc format pdf format). with programming proposals for adult and teen programs.
